"Katt"mandu's Widow's Brew
A red ale brewed with red pepper, cinnamon, orange peel and cocoa nibs. This interesting spiced red ale is perfect for the cold months. Malty notes with a slight hint of citrus and a smooth warming heat on the back end.

200 Carrot Gold
Carrot Cake Brown ale brewed with caramel and Special B malts, then spiced with a touch of cinnamon. Fermented with 200 lbs of carrots and organic Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans. Notes of cinnamon and raisin finish off this unique brown ale. Served on nitro for a deliciously smooth experience.
Advocate Amber
Advocate Amber is a smooth dry hopped amber ale with a malty backbone and moderate candied citrus hop notes.
Alabastard
A mellow hazelnut "White" Stout lighter in color than your normal variety, with a touch of sweetness. *CONTAINS NUTS
Alt-Heimer
A Dusseldorf Altbier that is copper colored, perfectly malty, yet balanced with a hop bitterness. This ale is fermented and then lagered for a very smooth, clean flavor.
American Wheat
Light crisp wheat ale brewed with honey malt and dry hopped with Mandarina for a refreshing clementine note and clean finish.
Anger the Ale
A excitingly flavorful pale ale with bright citrus notes and a dank resinous hop finish that showcases the Simcoe hop. A collaboration with Anger the Ant.
As the Story Gose
A traditional Gose brewed with coriander and sea salt. Sour fermented for smooth clean sour finish. Light, citrusy and refreshing.
Away from the Norm
A dry hopped amber ale with malty notes, crisp hop flavor and clean dry finish. A well balanced brew with a twist away from the norm
Azote
A Milk stout that's dark, smooth and drinkable thanks to the lactose and always served on Nitro.
Azote Oak'd
Our fan-favorite Milk Stout "Azote" aged for 2 months on rum barrel oak staves for mellow rum notes on the nose and finish. Very limited release batch.

BRC
BRC, our flagship beer, is a crushable India Pale Ale bursting with juicy hops courtesy of a huge late addition of Mosaic® and Citra® hops combined with a healthy dry hopping of the same. This beer has a smooth/sweeter malty backbone and a nice hop punch.
BRC 40
A throwback to the origins of our name, this is a lighter version of our flagship west coast IPA, BRC. Lighter color, lower abv and dry hopped with Cryo Citra and Mosaic for more hop flavor while lowering the bitterness. Bright hop notes with a clean dry finish.
BachToberBest
A Marzen style Lager with a malty caramel backbone and moderate hop bitterness.
Backlit
A vibrant, hazy IPA with a bright straw color that's bursting with citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Loaded with notes of Pineapple, Passion Fruit, and Grapefruit from a double dry hopping of Citra and Australian Vic Secret Hops.
Baja
This Mexican style light lager is delicately brewed with barley and flaked corn then cold aged for 8 weeks at near freezing temperatures. Lightly hopped making it an easy drinking, balanced and refreshing cerveza!
Bake Shop Series - German Chocolate Cake
Brewed in collaboration with Pennie's Bake Shop, this delicious dessert stout features their German Chocolate Cake, rich chocolate glaze, and lactose sugar. Then aged on cocoa nibs and 25 lbs toasted coconut. Roasty rich notes of chocolate with a smooth coconut finish.
Bake Shop Series - Salted Caramel Cupcake
Brewed in collaboration with Pennie's Bake Shop, this delicious dessert stout features their salted caramel cupcakes, caramel, lactose sugar, & Pink Himalayan Sea Salt. Roasty notes of chocolate and caramel with a hint of salt on the finish.
Beyond Saison
A Mosaic® hopped farmhouse ale with a malt character built up with Pale, Wheat, and Rye Malts and a small addition of oats. The dry spice tones of the saison yeast meet the floral and fruit forward hops in a saison that is beyond.
Braver Wee
A Scotch Ale that is full-bodied and malty. Low hop bitterness and sweet caramel notes round out this traditional take on a Scottish Ale, also known as a "Wee-Heavy". Medium dark brown in color.
Burly Joe
Burly Joe is a full flavored Breakfast Stout brewed with oatmeal and fermented with Dark Roast cold brewed Coffee from our close friends at Pennie's Bake Shop. Notes of oatmeal, coffee, & chocolate round out this smooth drinking robust stout.
Cherry Cherry
A Sour-Tart Cherry Gose, traditionally brewed with sea salt and coriander and fermented with German Ale Yeast then soured with Brettanomyces for an added sour funk finish.
Closer to the Truth
A tropical, fruit forward Hazy IPA with notes of sweet orange, peach and passionfruit from a healthy double dry hopping of Amarillo and Galaxy hops. Backed with a smooth grain bill of Vienna malt, Flaked oats and malted oats.
CocAzote
Our crowd favorite milk stout "Azote" conditioned on rich toasted coconut shavings. Smooth coffee and chocolate notes with decadent coconut aromas and finish.
Common-Wealth
This California Common style ale fermented with the traditional "steam" beer process. Balanced hop bitterness and malty backbone make this a very approachable brew. Brewed in collaboration with one of our favorite Mug Club couples, the Simmons.
Devil in these Hills
Chocolate Pastry Stout with heavy addition of 100% cacao chocolate. Brewed with chocolate malt, flaked oats, and roasted barley with a hint of lactose sugar. Smooth chocolate and roasted notes finish off this stout.
Dink, Dank, Dunk
A Session Pale Ale with dank hoppy goodness. Loaded with earthy, spicy, dank hops Low in alcohol...not in flavor.
Ease His Pain
2nd release of our Beers of Dreams Series. A Soft Double Hazy IPA with double dry hopping of Idaho 7 and Strata hops. Grapefruit and dank fruit notes on the nose and palate with full body.
Feet in the Sand
Lime Gose brewed with sea salt, coriander and limes. Refreshing, tart with a clean dry finish.
Fixed the Newel Post
Our Seasonal Christmas/Winter brew. This Horchata Porter is brewed with Lactose Sugar and then aged on Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans & Cinnamon Sticks. A strong ale with a smooth & velvety taste.
For Your Approval
Juicy haze bomb saturated in tropical and passion fruit hop notes. Pillowy soft malt bill brewed with 2 row barley, Vienna malt and flaked and malted oat additions. Heavily hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic varieties.
Forest for the Trees
IPA brewed with wild harvested spruce and fir tips. Dry hopped with Simcoe and Chinook hops. Dank pine and resin notes throughout with a malty backbone and crisp dry finish.

A crushable pale ale that has been traditionally brewed and then fermented with gluten reduction methods.
Gang Buys a Boat
A perfect tropical hazy IPA to sip with some boat music. Double dry hopped with BRU-1 and Rakau hops for tropical fruits and pineapple notes. Soft front end and smooth finish....because of the implication!
General Purpose Pilsner
Light and refreshing, this take on a light American lager/pilsner was brewed with Pilsner malt, flaked corn and mild hops. Crisp clean finish and mild hop bitterness.
Go the Distance
The third (and possibly boldest) installment of our "Beers of Dreams" series. This double hazy IPA is loaded with a double dry hopping of Idaho 7 and Enigma hops. Bold tropical and dank aromas overpower your senses and the soft, full body hangs on the pallet.
Graduate Pale Ale (GPA)
GPA was brewed in collaboration with the BC3 Pioneer Pantry. Brewed with flaked and malted oats and generously double dry hopped with Cryo Mosaic hops. Big full mouthfeel with smooth tropical hops flavors of peach, passionfruit, mango with hints of bubblegum.
Hastings Brown Ale
Brewed exclusively for the Hastings Taproom, this brown ale features nutty and roasted notes with a caramel malty backbone and smooth finish.
Hit the East Side
A New England IPA with vibrant stone fruit, citrus and lime notes. This beer is hazy, juicy, and delicious with large amounts of late addition hops and a double dry hopping with Citra, El Dorado, and Motueka Hops
Hits You Different
Farmhouse Saison brewed with apricots and organic ginger tea made locally by “The Witchn Kitchen”. This recipe, designed by Kiesha Kurtz, hits you different with traditional French style saison, brite apricot notes and dry ginger spiced finish.

Our Fresh Fest collaboration beer with Uncle Jammy's features red wheat, heavy additions of oats, beechwood smoked barley, and over 60 lbs. of wildflower honey. Honey and smoke aromas dominate this easy drinking ale. Finishes with a smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness and a touch of sweetness.
If You Build It
Part of our "Beers of Dreams" series, this double hazy IPA features a huge amount of the New Zealand hop Riwaka and a pillow soft mouthfeel. Tropical and citrus notes and aromas.

A vanilla bean coffee blonde stout. Aged on Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans and conditioned with cold brew coffee from Pennies Bake Shop. Smooth notes of vanilla latte with a balanced stout finish.
Immaculate
A soft, hazy, juice bomb dripping with citrus and passionfruit on the front featuring Galaxy hops. Smooth bready malt bill heavy on rolled oats makes this New England a well-balanced perfectly drinkable IPA.

Just Dew Wit

This recipe was the winner from our “Butler Area Society of Homebrewers” Homebrew competition. The beer was designed by B.A.S.H. member Andrea Weider and then brewed here at Recon with the B.A.S.H. members.

This Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA features the brand new and very unique Sabro hop. The result is a heavily tropical fruit, citrus experience with hints of coconut on the initial senses and an amazingly soft mouthfeel. The aftertaste lingers and transforms with dank earthy flavors. OK2Talk
This stout was brewed in collaboration with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Butler County, PA. A medium to lighter bodied stout with roasted notes, chocolate hints and a touch of sweetness.
Oak'd Scotch
A complex ale that straddles 2 styles has the caramel notes of a scotch ale and the raisin, fig and cherry notes of a strong ale. Conditioned for months on medium toast French oak for a smooth aged finish.
Overdue 1894
This American pale ale is soft, hazy and juicy. Soft on the palate from a heavy addition of oats with a pleasant biscuit malt base. Double dry hopped with Galaxy hops for Citrus and passionfruit aromas.

Pulse Czech

R.E.D. IPA (Remember Everyone Deployed)
A full flavored Red IPA with bready malt base and an intense hop finish showcasing Centennial Hops.
RYEding Dirty
This "unbalanced" IPA weighs in with a whopping 40% Rye grain bill. The spicy bite from the rye malt is paired with a dank, resinous pounding of Simcoe and Chinook hops to punish your taste buds. The bitterness will dry your tongue and keep you coming back for more.
Raspberry Goes Ahh
This Raspberry Gose is sour mashed then fermented on 160 lbs of Red Raspberries for a vibrant fruit forward sour that is tart and refreshing.
Raven Tail
This medium bodied black lager starts with roasted coffee notes and ends with that signature smooth Recon lager finish that takes months of cold aging to accomplish. A winter time lager that was built for speed and comfort.

Sip Sip Sahooty is an Imperial New England style IPA that we brew only for our anniversary each year. It’s bold, juicy, hazy and, for 8% alc/vol, it’s still crushable. Soft on your palate from heavy oat additions and a citrus/tropical juice bomb from double dry hopping of Citra, Centennial, and Cascade hops.

Stingo Ate Your Baby
A Stingo is an almost extinct style of English Old/Strong ale. This Stingo has been aged for 8 months on Brett yeast for dark complex and sour flavors of cherry, raisin, vanilla, and fig. Brewed to be sipped and enjoyed like a fine wine or cognac.
Summer Creamin
This Cream Ale is a summertime "Lawnmower" beer that's light, refreshing, and fermented with Ale and Lager yeast for a smooth finish and crushable flavor.
That Girl is Boysen
A Boysenberry Berliner Weisse that is sour, tart, and refreshing. Kettle soured and brewed with 165lbs of Boysenberries.
Til Tuesday
Wheat beer fermented with German Hefeweizen yeast. 150 lbs of Strawberries added during fermentation for a pleasant pink hue and mild strawberry flavor that compliments this fruity drinkable ale.
